08/09/08 – Three Shires Support Oink The Water Buffalo

Three Shires were contacted to help with improving paddock security at a central Derby site where a resident Water Buffallo was being victimised by local youths and fly tippers. The plieght of Oink the water buffalo has slowly picked up steam over the last few years however in recent months the Oink supporters have been keen to improve his living environment and most importatly his safety. Three Shires were instantly keen to be involved in helping the oink team, we were asked to provide security fencing, walowing hole and holding pen and we are currently involved in fundraising help find materials to do the work.
